It's time to get out the cardigans and do away with the fur coats. We're switching out snow shoes for sandals, and scarves for shawls. For us normal people, we're pulling out the vintage tees and the old jeans we've been dying to wear since October. We check the weather before we walk out and see how far we can go with how light of a jacket we bring. But the same can't be said for the elite.
